Einzelausstellung

Ein ehemaliger Speicher wird als Ausstellungsplattform zur Verfügung gestellt. Gezeigt wird raumbezogene Bildhauerei.
Jede Ausstellung wird durch ein Begleitprogamm aus Musik, Performance oder Video/Film ergänzt. Dies passiert nicht, wie so oft, im Brennpunkt Düsseldorfs, sondern in einem Stadtteil, der nicht den kulturell-, ökonomisch starken Ansprüchen Düsseldorfs entspricht, dessen Struktur durch einseitige Lastigkeit in einen sozialen Stillstand gerät. An dieser Stelle Kunst im Dialog einbringen zu wollen, ließ die Idee des Speicher U75 entstehen. Es ist ein von Künstlern und Künstlerinnen initiiertes und getragenes Projekt, unterstützt vom Kulturamt Düsseldorf.

A former storage can be used as a exhibition place. The artists are showing scultping that is space oriented.
Every exhibtion is completed by a program with music, performance or video/movies. This happens not that much in a focus point in Düsseldorf that is not conform to the high economic requirements of this town. With this thoughts behind art is getting into a dialogue and then it grows the idea of the storage U75. It´s a project that is initiated and formed by the artists and supported by the art administrative office Düsseldorf.
